Learn the legacy

As one of the largest funeral homes, cemeteries, and onsite crematories in the southwest, Restland features three stunning chapels, which have all undergone recent renovations and upgrades to ensure the comfort of all family and guests and to provide the latest technology offerings, including live streaming for family and friends who can’t be there in person.

1925

Founded in 1925 as a beautifully landscaped park northeast of downtown Dallas, Restland Funeral Home & Memorial Park is proud of the reputation we've built on quality, sincerity and trust with services that celebrate and honor the life of every individual.

A charming stone chapel sits among colorful gardens, inviting peaceful exploration.

1942

Built in 1942, Wildwood Chapel was constructed to resemble a typical countryside chapel and is our most requested chapel for gatherings of 75 people or less.

Lush trees frame a historic building glowing warmly as twilight sets in with colorful clouds.

1950's

Abbey Chapel was constructed in the late 1950s from the large marble and copper dome building that was once the main entrance to the cemetery; and is an ideal setting for funeral and memorial services of 90 guests or less.

A well-maintained building stands with large trees nearby, under clear blue skies.

2013

Our state-of-the-art George Young Care Center & Crematory was constructed to ensure loved ones remain in our care. Known for its contemporary and modern design, it also offers a beautiful witness area for those who wish to be there for the cremation.

The garden features a serene fountain, lush greenery, and colorful flowers during dusk.

2017

Our Memorial Chapel was remodeled in 2017 to reflect a modern, state-of-the-art design. It offers seating for 250 guests plus overflow seating in the foyer.
