My sweet Aunt Betty has been a part of my family history and all those many Scoma reunions for as long as I can remember. She was always very happy and I loved her laugh. I loved that we would visit her in Texas and she would come from time to time to visit us in Tennessee. She was always willing to help me and was a very sweet aunt! She let me look through her cookbooks when I was getting married-I still use that recipe and think of her every time I do. She was tiny in size, but a giant in spirit. I will miss knowing it will be a while before I see her again. I love you Aunt a Betty, Becky
