My love and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
My dearest friend, Muriel, How much fun we have had all these years, The trips, The giggly lunches, a deep friendship like no other. We said we were the sisters we never had and I know that must be true as we had so many things in common. Our families were both our primary concern and just days ago, you texted my daughter Cheri asking her about her health issues. That is Muriel, kind, full of joy and laughter, but caring deeply. I knew I could go to her with anything on my mind and she would lovingly tell me her thoughts and wisdom. She and I were totally honest with each other. What a gift she was and will continue to be in my heart. My daughter Robin named her Awesome and that is perfect. See you, my amazing and wonderful friend, Awesome.
You were our beloved “Aunt Wit” and our Mom’s dearest lifelong friend. We ended up living two doors down and were all “family.” You were our second Mom. Gene and I loved you dearly and were so lucky to have you and the family in our life. A friendship like you and Mom shared is rare and beautiful. We are grateful that you are together again. Such a beautiful and loving woman!
Dear Muriel, how I miss you and think about you and your daughters a lot. I am so glad we had good times together going to Taco Bell after church and Steph meeting us and all of our laughter together. I am so glad you were able to see our new home and have dinner with us. Will miss those times. You are and will always be in my heart. I will always love you. Your loving friend, Sharon Rogers
Dear Barbara & Family:I am sorry to learn of your loss and have you in my thoughts at this sad time. Your Mom, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister … sounds like a remarkable person and I think I would have loved being her friend.
