  1. Thoughts from a loving daughter

    Written by: Michele Murphy

It truly touches my heart to read these beautiful messages and tributes to my beloved father. He was a very special person in every sense of the word. He lived with me for the last 5 years of his life and I will cherish that time with him forever. I know that he was known, respected, and admired, literally, all over the world in the aviation/avionics business, but to hear how much he touched so many lives is extremely heartwarming. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and all the condolences. It means the world. I know how much he will be missed and by no one more than me. 😢 Love you so much Dad💕 😘 🙏💔😣😭🙏😘💖 Keep flying. ✈✈✈See you and mom in Heaven.😇💞👼😘

  2. Pat Murphy

Written by: Lynda Gardiner-Bergman and The Concorde Team

It was a privilege to have known Pat Murphy. When I think of Pat, I remember his big smile and boundless amounts of energy unmatched by most of us. He had a passion for aviation and was an inspiration to many in the field. He welcomed everyone with open arms, even if you were a newcomer he made sure you became a part of the aviation community. His enthusiasm was infectious. The world was a better place with Pat and he will be missed.

  3. The world, especially, aviation, lost an icon with the passing of J. Patrick Murphy. He was a true Gentleman in every sense of the word. Pat always wore a smile, had an infectious laugh, a story and a joke – many jokes. The best part of the jokes was watching Pat laugh before he got to the punch line. I have many fond memories of traveling the world and working with Pat through the years. There were no strangers in Pat’s world. Everyone was his Friend and welcome whether part of the group or not. He will truly be missed by all who were fortunate to have him grace our presence.
    Fly safe Pat.

  4. So many fond memories of Pat with all his great stories – he beamed when speaking of his wonderful family and great friends. Our sympathy to the Murphy family.

  5. James Patrick Murphy

    Written by: Leslie Whitfield

Our dear Uncle Pat always brought life, laughter and joy to any occasion where family and friends gathered. His joyful smile, his hearty laugh, love of music and dancing are signatures attesting to his love and vigor for life. Uncle Pat and Aunt Margaret raised a family of devoted children and beloved grand children and they will all miss him tremendously; as will I and his extended family, too. The blessings of an unwaivering faith in God and belief in the promises of forgiveness and life eternal, will comfort us all in the days and weeks to come. And, one day soon, we will all be present at the grand reunion in heaven and we will be with Uncle Pat, Aunt Margaret and the rest of our beloved family again. I pray that God will give peace and comfort to all the Murphy family in these difficult days ahead. We love you all, so very much.
