Carlos Saenz Sr

September 1, 1954 - March 24, 2022

Carlos Saenz was born and raised in Texas. Carlos was a lifelong Cowboys fan. He had an amazing talent of cooking and baking. Any event that you would see him at, he would be wearing his cowboy hat, boots and a bolo tie; that was his signature style, your typical, proud Tejano. No matter what situation he was in, Carlos always managed to have a smile on his face. He was always eager to help out anyone who ever needed his help, nobody was ever left behind in his eyes. In every encounter you would have with him, he somehow never failed to put a smile on your face. There was never a dull moment with him. His hugs were warm and his smile was bright. He was loveable, loyal, reliable, charismatic and happy. Most importantly, Carlos was resilient. He never gave up. Carlos will forever and always be a strong fighter at heart and strong willed. Carlos was an amazing son, father, husband, uncle, grandpa and friend. He will be loved and missed forever. He is now with our Heavenly Father. Carlos Saenz nació y creció en Texas. Por toda su vida, Carlos era aficionado al equipo de los Dallas Cowboys. Carlos tenía un extraordinario talento para la cocina y repostería. A todo evento que asistía, le gustaba usar su sombrero, botas y corbata de cinta de vaquero, ese era su estilo personal, y orgullo de ser Tejano. No importando la situación en que se encontraba, Carlos siempre tenia una sonrisa en su rostro. El estaba siempre listo para ayudar a quien necesitaba de su ayuda, nadie quedaba afuera de su vista. En toda ocasión cuando te encontrabas con el, de alguna manera siempre conseguía hacerte sonreir, nunca había un momento aburrido con él. Sus abrazos eran cálidos y su sonrisa alegre. El era amoroso, leal, alguien en quien podias contar, agradable y feliz. Más imporante, Carlos era persistente, nunca se daba por vencido, y siempre fue un luchador de corazón con toda su fuerza y voluntad. Carlos fue un excelente hijo, hermano, padre, esposo, tio, abuelo y amigo. Lo amaremos y extrañaremos por siempre. El está ahora con nuestro Padre Celestial.
