Everyone who knew her loved her for her vivacious and positive outlook on life. She had an amazing sense of humor and could always make you laugh and smile. She had a strong faith in God and was always deepening her knowledge of the Spiritual nature of life. Kathy grew up with her 5 siblings in the Dallas suburb of Oak Cliff and attended Rosemont Elementary, Greiner Jr High, and graduated from Sunset High School in 1970. Kathy was very popular in school and enjoyed staying in touch with all her lifelong friends from Oak Cliff. She attended almost every one of the Sunset Bison class reunions including the most recent one in the fall of 2021! After High School, Kathy worked 13 years as Credit Manager for Gabberts Furniture store in Dallas. And while there, she learned the art of interior decorating from the many gifted co-workers there. After leaving Gabberts, she broadened her interior decorating talents, she took up the art of landscaping and gardening. In the mid 1980’s Kathy moved to the quaint Lewisville, TX community of Copper Canyon and began landscaping the large 2-acre yard. She then enrolled in the Denton County Master Gardeners program. After 2 years of rigorous study, she received her certification as a Master Gardener. Soon she pursued a career in landscaping and gardening. And several years later she began working as Landscape Manager and Supervisor for several prominent companies, including Lamberts, in the DFW area until she retired in 2017. Kathy loved her large and joy filled Cinquemani family. She loved the huge holiday celebrations following the tradition started in childhood by her mother Sophie. These happy times were her most favorite things in life. She also loved everything in nature, beautiful gardens and her beloved dogs and cats. Kathy’s love of family led to her avid pursuit and work in the genealogy of her Cinquemani and Stolarsky family histories. She leaves us all with a great appreciation of the struggles and success of our ancestors who were among the many thousands who came to America to find a better life and freedom. May God Bless and keep her in His perfect peace for eternity.
