So the story of the frozen turkey:
Many years ago we were cleaning out the deep freezer in Mom's garage. Each layer of frozen food revealed its age -- similar to the rings in a tree. As we finally got to the bottom of the freezer, we found one incredibly frozen turkey. Looking at the grocery store price sticker (Jewell Osco maybe?), we determined that the turkey was at least 20 years old. If it were to be thawed, chances are that the entire thing would just disintegrate.
We played 'turkey bowl' down the alley with old Frozen Tom, much to Mom's displeasure.
