Mr. Robert George Twaddle

Robert George Twaddle, 77, of Frisco, Texas passed away on Sunday April 10, 2022 after a long and courageous battle with Cancer. Bob was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 5, 1944 to George and Antoinette Twaddle and big sister Carol. He went on to have a long and successful career in the plywood industry, eventually becoming Branch Manager of Dixie Plywood and Lumber - Dallas. Even though he loved living in Texas, he always remained loyal to his hometown of Pittsburgh and was an avid Steeler fan. Bob was blessed to have married two wonderful women during his life, Kathleen Donnell Twaddle and Patricia Staton. He was greatly loved by his in-laws and family and remained close to them over the years. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia, his parents George and Antoinette Twaddle, and stepmother Clare Twaddle. He is survived by his sister Carol Funk (Jim) of Valencia, Pa; his daughters Christine Brazier (Oliver) and Melissa Twaddle of Little Elm, TX, stepson Jeramy Staton of Oceanside, CA, grandchildren Matthew and Megan Brazier of Little Elm, TX, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bob touched many lives during his time on this Earth and leaves behind many close, long-lasting friendships. Per his wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral services. He will be cremated and placed with his wife Patricia in their memorial bench at Restland Cemetery of Dallas. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in his name to the American Cancer Society.
