I saw Steve grow up from a young kid working in a bike shop to a trusted and respected high-level financial executive.

We will miss you dear friend. I remember the weekend we moved in our house you were out hanging Christmas lights with your family. I knew while I watched your family work together you were going to be great neighbors. You did not disappoint. Thank you for making us feel welcome, for the great conversations in the front yard, and for being the kind and generous man you were.

You have truly touched all of our hearts. Arturo, Andrew and I have spent the last several days looking at all the pictures of the beautiful times we had together. Thank you for all the beautiful memories, and laughs. You are loved beyond measure, missed terribly and always cherished.
You were a bright, intelligent man who had everything and more. Your life was like a really good book that we didn’t want to end, and when we got under the covers and picked up your book, ready to read your latest chapter, we all realized it was a rip-roaring fire cracking, roller coaster of a ride -- and we are all better for having been a part of this really good book.
For my beautiful Soul sister Anna, and my girls Amanda and Jenna, please know that we continue to pray for each of you and all of you everyday. Steve is always with you all, and my reverent prayer is that at night when you are all sleeping he comes and hugs each of you.
