James was one of the most genuine and caring people I had ever met, and a man of unquestionable character. I can't remember ever seeing him walk up to me without a smile, and this is all still hard for me to come to terms with. It is truly devastating that we have lost such a good friend, and my prayers are with your family during this time.
James its still hard to believe that all this really happened this quickly and in this manner. I couldnt agree more with everyone here that in the hobby and interest we all share that you above most were one of the nicest and most sincere people ive ever met. It was truly impressive to see the work with the cars and events that you loved so much and to see your talent portrayed in the videos you put together. I honestly wish id come to more of the meets and gotten to know you better than I already had. My prayers are with you my friend and I look forward to the videos you have in store for us when we all get to see you again. Until then, rest easy James
James was by far one of the nicest guy's that i have met in the car hobby. I've known him for a few years; since my mr2, and he was a blast to be around. Never a dull moment when he was around, he was always on the up and up. He was the type of person that would help you even if he didn't know you. Its hard for me to believe that he is really gone, i had just talked to him last week about car related things. My condolences to the family and my prayers are with Ya'll.
While I never had the pleasure of meeting James Lawrence Chance the videos he created occupied my time on several occasions and the talent he possessed was simply amazing. My condolences go out to his family and friends. R.I.P.
I had met James through a common intrest in cars, he was always willing to lend a hand in anything. His talent in making videos and catpuring the hobby in the way he did was unbeliveable, he had so much heart put into every video that made it top notch. I didnt get to know him all to well but looked forward to saying hi to him and shooting the breeze at a local meet/ dinner event. James you will be greatly missed as a friend and a car enthusiast… The hobby will never be the same, but you will live on in the vids you made and the lives you touched. I am blessed to have met you and glad to have called you my friend. May you rest in peace
James. We lost touch these past couple of years. You were one of the greatest guys in the hobby. Always willing to lend a helping hand. You will be sorely missed by many. Rest now my friend.
My condolences to James' family during this difficult time. I'll remember him as a sweet guy with a wicked sense of humor and a warm heart. James, you'll be missed.
We will always rememberJames from all the school, sports, and Scout activities the boys were in. And, even though we're not close by, we think of you, his family, often. We will pray for healing through this difficult time. Love, Marilyn and Larry Bonura in LaMesilla, New Mexico and Sean Sullins in Santa Rosa, California.
You will be missed James. You brought alot to people by way of friendship and your wonderful talent with the camera. Take care and rest in peace.
