Barbara Harold Ford was my 2nd Cousin. She grew up in my Grandmother, Mrs. Lillian Roberts Alexanders home in Cambridge. She was always considered a beautiful extremely well dressed and all around lovely Lady. She considered my Mother Mrs. Doris Thorne, my Aunts, Mrs. Thelma Hendersonn and especially my Aunt Mrs. Eva Philpott to be her Dear Loving Sisters, and they all really loved her. I will never forget when she left my Grandmother, whom she called Mother, home for her wedding. All I can say was wow. She loved her precious Daughter Eleanor, Ellie, named after her Mother. Ellie stepped in and took care of Mother and will forever be in Gods graces for this. Rest in peace Cousin Barbara, your Mother Eleanor, Aunt Lillian and your Sisters and Big Brother Lt. Col. It is with the greatest of sympathy's & the deepest condolences to Kevin, Jackie & all of Mrs. Ford's family & friends on the loss of your loved one. I enjoyed sitting next to Mrs. Ford at dialysis. She always put a smile on my face. She sure liked her gum! I can still envision her clapping her hands and singing "Jesus Loves Me". I believe Jesus was there along with her other loved ones to greet her, take her hand & welcome her to her eternal reward! My thoughts & prayers have been with you.
