PHILLIPS, BETTY R. passed away April 13, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. Betty was born on December 4, 1933 in Galveston, Texas to Clifton August and Leola Rose Boss. She is survived by her husband, Clyde C. Phillips; her daughter, D’Nelle Graham; one grandchild; and one niece. Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Restland Memorial Park followed by a Memorial Service at Christ United Methodist Church.
