Bobby Wayne Patterson's Obituary
Age 72 of Dallas, TX passed away on Friday, Oct. 24, 2008. He was born in Royse City, TX on Dec. 22, 1935. He graduated from SMU in 1957 and started his accounting career as a CPA with Arthur Young and Company. He worked for many years as CFO of El Chico Corporation before founding Hutton Patterson and Company where he worked until his retirement. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Pat Patterson; daughters and sons-inlaw, Melanie and Rob George of Dallas, Lauri and Mike Hainsfurther of Dallas, and Carla and Philip Schattle of Plano; grandchildren, Blake and Ryan Davis, Ashley and Justin Ross, Nick, Meredith, and Joey Hainsfurther, Emily, Bobby, Paul, and Brian Schattle; and one sister, Sue Houser. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held on Monday, Oct. 27 at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, Dallas, TX. A private burial at Restland will be held prior to the service of celebration. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Aldersgate Sunday School Class of First United Methodist Church, 1928 Ross Ave., Dallas, TX 75201 or The American Cancer Society.
