Boyce Fowler Jr.'s Obituary
FOWLER JR., BOYCE Born in Hollywood, California on July 8, 1924 and passed away in Richardson, Texas on May 9, 2014. Boyce is preceded in death by his daughter, Becky Mickey and survived by his wife, Gloria Fowler; his sons, Stephen Nitsche and David Fowler; his granddaughters, Dana Buckner and Andrea Crary; and 4 great grandchildren. Raised in Dallas, Boyce attended Sunset and Highland Park High Schools, and then went on to SMU. Boyce proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the Soloman and Tulagi Islands and in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He worked at Zurich Insurance as a special agent and branch manager for 25 years. Boyce was known for his sense of humor, honesty and integrity and for his devotion to his family. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
