Carol Ann Cox was born on October 17, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on April 24, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence & Eleanore Weiners and her beloved husband, Wyatt H. Cox Sr and sister, Alyce Karmele. She is survived by her son, Wyatt Cox Jr and wife Monica Cox; daughter, Kimberly Dotson and husband Charles; grandson, Brandon Lee Cox; nephew, T. J. Karmele and wife, Gloria and niece, Tracey Bowman and husband, Terry along with numerous other loving relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service for Carol will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at 9:30 A.M at The Abbey Chapel at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
