Carol Loanne Urquhart Fisher was born on December 15, 1949 in Dallas, Texas to John Earl Fisher Jr. and Marguerite Loane Urquhart. She entered into rest on February 18, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. Carol's final resting place will be Restland Cemetery in Dallas, Texas. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends and all of the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
