Catherine Joan Bauer's Obituary
Catherine Joan passed away peacefully on April 1, 2024. She was born in Newark, Ohio on May 25, 1930, where she lived when she met the love of her life, Robert C. (Bob) Bauer while both worked at Kaiser Aluminum. They relocated to Richardson, Texas in 1973. Catherine Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, parents, Lester and Florence Warman, and sisters Eleanor and Bonnie. Among those left to cherish her memory are her son Michael; daughter Bunny and husband Steve; son Brad and wife Christine; grandkids Aaron, Jennifer, Ashley, Chris, Kristen, Beth and Adam; and great-grandkids Abby, Ashlyn, Peyton, Jaylyn, Kaleigh, Brayden, Addison, Emmy, Noah, Zaiden, Emma, Amelia, Cain, Malcolm, Myles. Visitation will be from 11:30am to 1:30pm, followed by her funeral service at 2:00pm at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, Texas 75243. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice.
