Charles Marion Collins' Obituary
He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Billie Louise Bramlett. Charles and Billie were married in 1946, and had six children – five daughters and one son who died at birth. Charles is survived by his five daughters: Cynthia Bordelon and husband Dan, Marion Harris and husband Dudley, Barbara Bordelon and husband Mike, Janice Pruett and husband Bruce, and Sandra Collins; 10 grandchildren: David Bordelon, Benjamin Harris, Ashley Griswold, Jana Knutz, Zachary Harris, Carly Hildebrandt, Jennifer Bordelon, Sean Bordelon, Katy Harris, Matthew Pruett;and 10 great-grandchildren: Kaitlin Bordelon, Brandon Harris, Thomas Harris, Hannah Griswold, Claire Harris, Charlie Harris, Emma Hildebrandt, Grace Hildebrandt, Jarred Hildebrandt, Sophia Griswold, and Andersen Harris. Charles retired from the United States Air Force in 1965 after serving his country for 25 years. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army, www.salvationarmyusa.org
