Charles Wesley Kemp Jr.'s Obituary
KEMP, CHARLES W., JR. Our beloved father was born February 21, 1925 in Dallas, TX and passed away January 13, 2008 in Palestine, TX. Charles was a graduate of North Dallas High School, served in the US Navy during WWII as a Naval Aviation Gunner, flying 25 missions in the North Pacific, and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He is preceded in death by his wife, ‘Tiny’ Kemp and survived by daughter, Nancy Kemp; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Anna Kemp; and grandchildren, Stewart and Melissa Cannon and their children. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, PO Box 199300, Dallas, TX 75210-9300.
