Charles is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Jason Passons; daughter, Heather Ritter and husband, David; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Ritter. Visitation will be from 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 12:00PM, Monday, May 7, 2012 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
