There was/is no other man quite like Charles Wigington Sr. and is a Rare finding in the World today as we see it daily. One who took “moments” to Courageously Care for others without drawing much attention to himself or personal gains as I saw modeled in front of me much of my life and try to emulate myself. My Dad had his moments and expected a lot while at the end of the day, he simply was about doing the little things the right way, Honoring others, respecting yourself, and believing by doing what is morally right, you would be blessed by being a blessing first to those around you.Through connecting with his Business associates, clients, & companies he served, I’ve been able to see firsthand just how the world is a better place with my Dad in it. I think “Impact” not always noticed by most until we’re gone, is a strong indicator for how wisely a person used their time while on earth. Charles Wesley Wigington Sr. was a man made things happen and could create relationships on the fly not by force but instead by caring more than most, going the extra mile!More than anyone else, he molded me into the Man I am today. He taught me how to get back up again when life knocks you down. He had a work ethic that is uncommon.I believe Christ strategically places a Father in our lives to help mold, mentor, and move us in the right direction to follow the right pathway steering us clear of present danger, turbulence, and tidal waves on our life course. The world needs Fathers who do their daily duties with character and integrity even when it stops being fun, more than ever before. This 1 thing is reason enough to hold my earthly Father, Charles Wigington, in high regard.Thinking of him walking around “Peacefully & Pain-Free” brings a smile to my face when I’m along at night and miss him dearly.I will Honor while wearing proudly the Wigington name.
I’m forever grateful for a father who would get in the trenches everyday, leave it all out on the field, and humbly, quietly pray.I Love You Forever.
your son,
Gabriel
