Chhoeung Pho's Obituary
Pho Chhoeung, 88, of California, passed away from old age on April 12th, 2023. She was a very kind and lovely individual who always thought of others’ needs before hers.
Her father was Sao Pho and her mother was Srey Chhim. Chhoeung had 12 siblings; 10 of which have passed away already. It was just her and her sister but now it is just the youngest sibling alive right now.
She was very hardworking in her earlier years in Cambodia. Every day she would sell food and merchandise on the streets of Cambodia in order to support herself and her family.
In 1959, she married her husband, Pon Pa in Kampong Suai, Cambodia. Sadly, he passed away in 1986 due to disease and health problems.
She recently came to the United States in September 2022. She was living in California and was being taken care of by her daughter and her family.
She is survived by her kids and many of her relatives and family members who love her dearly.
