Connie Lynn Reed's Obituary
Connie Lynn Reed, a beloved resident of Wylie, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2024. Connie was born on September 2, 1954, in Dayton, Ohio, to Paul Marquis Reed and Frances Laverne (Duncan) Reed.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David A. Reed.She is survived by her sisters; Brenda Reed of Wylie, Texas; Pamela Kavetski (Louis) of Flint, Texas, and their children Michelle Kavetski and her son, Leonardo (great-nephew), Melissa Kavetski (Franklin Little), Louis Paul Kavetski and David Kavetski; Sandra Lubeley (John Grewe) of San Antonio, Texas, and her children, Kiersten Slevin (John) and their children, Riley, Kelsie, Rianna, & Kailey (great-nieces); Daniel Lubeley (Annie) and their children, Edward and Colin (great-nephews), & Brianna (great-niece); and wife of her late brother (David), Barbara Reed of Garland, Texas and their children Jeremy Reed (Aja) and their children, Chase (great-nephew) and Piper (great-niece); Nicholas Reed; and Laura Daniels (David) and their children, Cooper and Miles (great-nephews). Connie is also survived by her uncles, Bernard Waltz and William Duncan; and aunt Eleanor McComber, all of Ohio.
Known for her warm heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family and friends, Connie touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Connie’s legacy is one of kindness, compassion, and dedication to her community. She leaves behind a family who adored her and countless friends who cherished her presence. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Funeral services will be held at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, Texas 75243, on Monday, October 21st. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel, and a graveside service at 11:30 a.m.
