Craig C. Harris' Obituary
Craig C. Harris passed away peacefully with his family and close family friend Cindy on February 10 at White Rock Medical Center. He was born on June 6, 1943, in Denton, Texas. He is preceded in death by his son Craig Michael Harris; his parents, Carl and Thelma Harris; brothers, James McCormack and Carl Harris, Jr.; sisters, Margaret Ball and Dee Vernon; grandparents, Ira and Georgia Dobbins and his father's parents Thomas and Mary Harris.
He is survived by his wife Ann, of 56 years, son Stephen P. Harris, daughter Kristi Mirchandani, son -in-law Mark, brother Thomas McCormack and two granddaughers, Mia and Sophie. He was known as Papa to them and loved sending them text messages. Craig is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He graduated from Denton High School in 1961, joined the Navy and served until 1965. He also worked at TI/Raytheon for 43 years. He was always a very hard-working man that only thought about his family and not himself. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses in the White Rock Medical Center ICU who cared for him for four weeks. They were so kind and caring.
