Cruz Nanez Salinas, 79 of Bexar, Texas was born to Manuel Nanez and Guadalupe Garcia on June 26, 1938, and passed away on February 19, 2018, in Mesquite, Texas. Cruz was survived by her four children. Felix Salinas and fiance Amanda Ortiz, Manuel and Cindy Salinas, Joe and Brenda Salinas, along with Rose and her husband Joe Rodriguez. Cruz was also survived by her brother George Gutierrez and four sisters Della Benavidez, Nora Saenz, Alma Lewallen, and Elma Dominguez. Cruz had left behind thirteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. The family request to receive guest on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service for Mrs. Salinas will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 2:30 PM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
