Debbie Wickersham's Obituary
Debra Marie Wickersham was born on January 26, 1958 to the late Freddie Ray Nichols and Anna Marie Wise in Dallas, TX. Debbie graduated from Nimitz High School in 1976 and promptly began a career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas that spanned over 3 decades. She loved her family, working in her garden and traveling.
Debbie is survived by her son, Randall (Bubba) Wickersham and his wife Tina, two grandchildren Dellius Wayne Wickersham 19 of Longview, TX and Hallie Aleah Wickersham 9 of King of Prussia, PA. Debbie is also survived by two brothers, Shawn Ray Nichols and Dutch Lewayne Nichols and four nephews, Dutch Lewayne Nichols II, Dylan Ray Nichols, Mark Anthony Nichols and Shawn Ray Nichols II. She also is survived by special cousin Teri Lynn Mohammed, several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers. She was preceded in death by both parents.
Debbie wished to have no funeral or burial, however there will be a Memorial Luncheon on 7/12/2023 at the Irving Garden & Arts Center located at 906 Senter Rd, Irving, TX 75060 at 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers she requested donations to The Battered Women’s Foundation in Grapevine, TX.
