Edwin William Scroggins was born January 3, 1930 in Houston, Texas and passed away August 6, 2016 in Richardson, Texas. He is survived by his daughter, Melody Scroggins; son, Daryl Scroggins and wife, Cindy; granddaughter, Claire Baxter and husband, Ryan; and grand dog, Sugar. Funeral service will be held at 2:30PM, Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Restland Memorial Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
