Eleanor Virginia Franke, 94, of Frisco, Texas passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019, in Frisco, Texas. She was born on Tuesday, July 7, 1925, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Joseph Mitchell and Myrtle Nossaman in Laurel, Maryland. Eleanor will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
