Elzia Franklin Doggett went to be with the Lord on March 14, 2012. Frank was born in Blackwell, TX on February 27, 1928. He is preceded in death by his parents and 8 older brothers and sisters. He is survived by a younger sister, his wife Judy, 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Restland in Dallas on Greenville Avenue on Fri, March 16 from 6:30 to 8:30. Services will be at Restland in the Wildwood Chapel at 10:00 on Sat. March 17.
