Emily Schremmer's Obituary
Schremmer, Emily was born on October 13, 1919 in Madill, Oklahoma and passed away on April 28, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. Emily was preceded in death by her father, Robert Halsell Chowning and mother, Lucy Dodd Chowning and three brothers. Emily worked for the Chemical Warfare Procurement Service during World War II, and later in the oil industry. Emily was a beloved friend to countless people and a devoted Christian. She was a long-time member of the Skillman Church of Christ. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 2, 2013 in Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Emily’s memory to Skillman Church of Christ, 3014 Skillman Ave., Dallas, TX 75206.
