Eulis Tarno's Obituary
Born November 19, 1929 in Vivian, LA to Mary and Millard Tarno and passed away May 17, 2016 in Dallas. He grew up in Texas with his parents and 13 brothers and sisters. Eulis served in the US Army and retired in 1989 after a career as a mechanic. He married the love of his life Evelyn Marie on October 10, 1953 at Bethel Baptist Church. Eulis loved his family and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the Sunday family fish fry. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Evelyn Marie Tarno of Kemp, TX; daughter, Katrina Tarno Barnett of Garland, TX; sons, Wesley Tarno of Dallas, TX, James Tarno of Royse City, TX; grandchildren, Josh Barnett of Dripping Springs, TX, Kristina Womack and husband, David of Briarcliff, TX, Stephen Tarno of Little Elm, TX, Emme Tarno of Royse City, TX; and 4 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Service will take place at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
