Evelyn C. Rowley's Obituary
Died Sunday, November 16, 2008 in Kerrville, Texas at the age of 95 years 9 months and 10 days. She was born to Marion Clark Cuthbertson and Minnie Myrtle Welch Cuthbertson on February 6, 1913. Evelyn graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas in 1929. She married Howard B. Rowley in Dallas, Texas, on November 1, 1947. In October of 1963, Evelyn and her husband started Randolph Street Church of Christ with 35 members. In September of 1973 it became known as the Campbell Road Church of Christ. Evelyn was predeceased by her parents; her husband; her brother Harry C. Cuthbertson; and her sister Marion Cuthbertson Zuber. She is survived by two sons, Dana Rowley and Gary Rowley, both of Arkansas; nephew Rand Zuber of Kerrville; and niece Kay Worden of Joshua. Graveside service will at 1PM Wednesday November 19, 2008 at Restland Memorial Park.
