Mr. Floyd Jarmon Murchinson Jr.'s Obituary
MURCHISON, F.J., Farmersville, Texas. Floyd Jarmon passed away Thursday, April 17, 2008. Floyd was born October 5, 1919 at Brushy Creek near Farmersville. F.J. served his country in the Army Air Corp during WWII. In 1944 he married his childhood sweetheart Mary Nell Porter of Farmersville. F.J. served as school board president of Farmersville I.S.D for many years. He was a lifelong member of the Masonic Lodge #214 and a Shriner. F.J. was a loving husband, compassionate father, and an avid fisherman. F.J. Is survived by his sister Dorothy Murchison of Shreveport LA, two sons Steve Murchison of Farmersville, and Tim Murchison of Dallas. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in Farmersville, TX.
