Preceded in death by his wife, Gen; son, Jeff; and parents, Paul and Blanche Farrar. Forest is survived by his daughter, Paula Vaughan and husband Ken; son, Terry Farrar; sister, Barbara Baker; grandsons, Ryan Farrar, Jeremy Vaughan, Tommy Farrar, Justin Vaughan and Kevin Farrar; great-grandsons, Ben Farrar and Nick Farrar.
