Frances Fenner ManningFrances passed away peacefully in her sleep Monday May 20, 2019 at the age of 84. She had spent the previous weekend surrounded by her children and most of her grandchildren. She was strong to the very end. She was preceded in death by her common law husband of over 30 years as well as all of her siblings: 6 sisters and 1 brother. She is survived by her children: Evan Manning, Gena Graf, Eric Manning, and Laura Braun. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Anson Manning, Ted Graf, Kathy Marshall, Michele Manning, Harvey Bauptist and Eric Manning.In lieu of flowers please donate to one of her favorite charities:World Wildlife FundDoctors Without BordersUnion of Concerned ScientistsAt this time, a funeral service for Frances Manning is scheduled on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Restlands’ Wildwood Chapel.
