She is survived by her husband, Carlos Silva Sr., her son, Carlos Silva Jr. and his wife, Brenda; grandchildren, Sebastian and Elisa. The visitation for Frances Silva will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, March 27, 2015 at Primera Iglesia Hispana, 1035 Dairy Road, Garland, Texas 75040 The service for Frances Silva will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Primera Iglesia Hispana. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Primera Iglesia Hispana Missions Department.
