Fred Lee Springer's Obituary
Fred Springer, 85, passed away on December 11th, 2023, in Garland, Texas. Fred was born as the youngest of 8 siblings on December 26th, 1937, to Jesse Ernest Springer and Minnie Lee Smith in Longview, TX. After serving in the United States Army, Fred built a successful career as a purchasing manager in fabrication before retiring in 1994 after more than 20 years.
Fred is preceded in death by his parents; Jesse Ernest Springer and Minnie Lee Smith, his first wife; Mae Evans Springer, and his wife; Karen Elaine Springer, as well as several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his sons; Kyle Springer and Mike Kallstrom, Grandsons; Dylan Lee Springer, Marcus Alexander Kallstrom, and Arik Michael Kallstrom, as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.
