Gerald "Jerry" Wayne Anderson's Obituary
Gerald “Jerry” Wayne Anderson, 82, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2024 in Garland, Texas. He was born on July 14, 1941 in Dallas, Texas to George Edward Anderson and Emma Louise Anderson (nee Cooke).
After Jerry graduated high school, he joined the United States Army in 1960, where he learned the skills to lead him into a life-long career of being a machinist mechanic for the military.
On February 8, 1964, Jerry married the love of his life, Jojuana Carney, in Little Elm, Texas, and they spent 60 years together happily, raising two sons, John and Jim Anderson.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, George and Emma Anderson, his brothers Johnny and Jimmy Anderson, and his sister, Berniece Anderson. He is survived by his wife, Jojuana Anderson, their sons, John and Jim Anderson, and his brother, Alfred Anderson.
A service for Jerry Anderson is pending at this time. Final inurnment will be at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.
