Geraldine Abbott Bruce's Obituary
BRUCE, GERALDINE “GERRY” born August 11, 1924 in Abilene, TX and passed away May 11, 2007 in Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Carl Clinton Bruce. Mrs. Bruce was a devoted mother and wife. She is survived by her sons, Clint Bruce and wife, Leslie; children, Colin and Lia of San Diego, CA; Dan Bruce and wife Lynn; children, Caitlin, Claire and Justin of Dallas, TX; brother, Joe Abbott along with numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bruce graduated from North Texas State Teachers College, which presently is the University of North Texas in Denton. She worked for James Roy Bruce & Sons as a realtor in Tulsa before moving to Dallas in 1972 where she was a title examiner for the Dallas Title Insurance Company.
