Guy Bedford Webb's Obituary
Guy Bedford Webb, 89, of Dallas, Texas passed away January 2, 2021 in Richardson, TX. He was born May 19, 1931 to R. Bedford Webb and Bertha Webb in Blue Springs, MO. He married Barbara Webb on November 21, 1953 in Ridgewood, NJ. He was a Director of Choral Activities At Missouri State University for 34 years.
Beloved by his former students, Dr. Webb had a teaching career spanning over 50 years, including positions at University of Florida, Suny College at Cortland, and New Mexico State University, before serving as Director of Choral Activities at Missouri State University ( 1980-2014 ).
He is survived by his wife Barbara B. Webb, Dallas, TX., daughter Marcia Webb, Moberly, Missouri, son David Webb, Dallas, TX., and two grandchildren.
