Helen Louise Reynolds' Obituary
Born March 9, 1923 in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away February 21, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by husband, Thomas C. Reynolds, mother and father, Earl and Alda Dredge; and brother, David Lawrence Dredge. Helen is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws, Jim and Linda Turner, Mesquite, TX, Bob and Karen Louton, Scroggins, TX; grandchildren, Melissa Brooks, Liz Turner, Amy and Joe Friddle and Tammy and Mike VanBuskirk; great-grandchildren, Chase Friddle, Taylor Brooks, Shelby Smith, Braxton Brooks, Kali VanBuskirk and Chase VanBuskirk; nieces, Beverlie Lee and Sharlene Butler; nephew, Coy Reynolds and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. She was Past Matron Garland 156 and Rockwall 858 Order of the Eastern Star Past; President The Social Order of the Beauceant Dallas Assembly # 63 Ladies of the Oriental Shrine High Priestess NEBKA Court # 68 Daughters of the Nile Shalman Temple # 90 Garland Citizen’s Police Academy Forever Young Sunday School Class New Liberty Baptist Church Dallas Woman’s Forum. We would like to thank Nicole Dixon, Cynthia King, Amy, Katie; Carmen and all of the wonderful staff at Caruth Haven Court, and for the loving care at Care Plus Hospice they gave our Mom. Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, February 24, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 10 am, February 25, 2017 at New Liberty Baptist Church, 333 W. Centerville Road, Garland, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dallas Women’s Forum, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital or Charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
