He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Gladys Wilkerson.He is survived by Son, Louis White, Daughter, Vechoyn Wilkerson; 3 Granddaughters, Shayla Williams, Roland Jackson, and Felencia Watson; 6 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.The family will receive guests for a visitation one hour prior to service in The Abbey Chapel from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with his celebration of life will be at 12 Noon, Friday, November 16, 2018, in the Restland Funeral Home Abbey Chapel.Funeral arrangements for Mr. Herbert Hoover Wilkerson have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
