Herman Waters' Obituary
Herman Waters, 93, of Dallas, died Tuesday, March 28, 2011 at Balch Springs Nursing Home. A visitation will be held at Restland Funeral Home from 6-8 pm on Friday and services will be held in Restland’s Abby Chapel at 3 pm on Saturday, April 2, 2011. Mr. Waters proudly served our country in the US Navy and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He is preceded in death by his wife Martha E. Waters, son Robert J. Waters and grandson Jerry Don Waters. He is survived by his daughter Alice Ryan and her husband Keith, granddaughter Katherine Brooks and great grandchildren William and Zachary Brooks.
