SPENCER, HOMER ROLLINS of Dallas born September 9, 1928 has passed away March 28, 2013. Homer is survived by his wife, Carlene; son, Brian Spencer and his wife, Judy; two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
