Jack is survived by his wife Virginia Gay; sons Gary Gay and wife Vickie, Scott Gay and wife Sharon; daughter Julie Valley and husband Mike. Grave side service will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Restland Memorial Park.
