Jacqueline Emily Horne's Obituary
Jacqueline “Jacke” Emily Horne passed away on September 29, 2019 in Irving, TX. Jacke was born on April 17, 1928 to Inez and Herbert Dixon in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from Girls Commercial High School in Brooklyn, Jacke began her career as a secretary at Local 32B. She worked there until her retirement. In October of 1950, Jacke married the love for her life, Elsner G. Horne. The couple worked in Manhattan, and lived in Queens, NY until retiring and moving to Richardson, TX in 1977. Jacke was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her sister, Yvonne Abner. She is survived by her niece, Michaele Byrd, and many loving friends.Visitation for Jacqueline Horne will be Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 5pm to 8pm at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, Texas.
