Jean Norris' Obituary
Jean Norris, of Garland, Texas, died February 26 after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Dallas, Texas July 21, 1931, and is survived by her husband of 63 years Billy Joe Norris. She is also survived by three children Billie Jean Smith of Grapevine, David Norris of Plano, and Tammy Lobb of Garland. Six grandchildren called her Granny: Kelly Langston, David James Norris, Sara Norris, Chelsea Lobb, and Harrison Lobb. She also had two great grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her granddaughter Chandler Lobb and son-in-law Hayden Smith. A graveside service will be held on Thursday March 1st at 3:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas. Jean was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who devoted her life to caring for her family. A very special person to all who knew her. She leaves many memories of a life well-lived.
