Joanne Bannon Johnson, 74, passed away May 15, 2020 in Celina, TX of natural causes.
Joanne was born August 23, 1945 to parents Joseph Bannon and Anna Bannon in West Haven, CT. She married James R. Johnson on February 4, 1967 in West Haven, CT and she worked as an insurance consultant for Blue Cross Blue Shield and John S. Dunn. Joanne will be best remembered as a beloved mother, wife, sister, daughter, aunt and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Johnson; son, Dennis Joseph Johnson; daughter, Sally Anne Petty and brother, Joseph Bannon.
Joanne is survived by her daughter, Suzanna Boyd; sisters: Patricia Gallicchio of CT, Sheila Holt of FL.; Mary Margaret Szczeciul of CT, Rosemary Zavarella of CA and Suzanne Boyce of SC; brother, Peter Bannon of CT; grandsons: Zachary and Collin Boyd and many nieces and nephews.
