GILLEAN, MS. JOE DELL, a native Texan, was born June 22, 1930, in Marshall, Texas and passed away peacefully on February 17, 2012, in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by her parents, J.W. and Josephine Ray of Marshall, Texas. Joe is survived by her daughter, Cindy Gillean and Fred Tibbals; her son, James Gillean; and her grandchildren, Ashley Gillean and Jesse William Gillean. Also survived by the father of her children, William Edward Gillean.
