John Richard Boudreau's Obituary
Boudreau, John Richard of Dallas, Texas passed away peacefully February 6, 2010 after a long illness. John was born March 29, 1925 in Waltham, Massachusetts, to John and Helen Boudreau. He served in the Army Air Force as a pilot flying B-17’s, was shot down over Germany, wounded and received the Purple Heart as well as many other medals he was so proud of. Upon his return from the service he went to college, graduated from MIT with B.S. in Metallurgy. He also attended Clark University with a B.S. in Bio Chemistry as well as attending Michigan State U. and UCLA with a degree in Finance. John was a very successful business man well known in Dallas for his expertise in the turn around business. He was and is highly respected for his successful business ventures during the 80’s and 90’s. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Annie Boudreau and oldest daughter, Georgette Ball. He leaves behind those of us that cherish his memory and who love him dearly. His son, John Boudreau and wife, Madge and their son John Baptiste. His daughter, Linda Lewellen and husband Jerry and their four children, Richard Lewellen and wife Marci, James Lewellen and wife Jamie, John Lewellen and wife Lynsey, and Sarah Lewellen. And 6 beautiful great grandchildren. He also leaves behind, his loving wife of sixteen years, Shirley and her children. Gary Crocker and his wife, Carol and their daughter Sierra, Karen Crocker, Ellen Latchaw and her husband Jim and their two children, Ashley and Brandon Cole and Nancy Sinsabaugh, her two sons Ren and Will who gave him so much pleasure and the will to live as long as he did. Viewing is 6-8 p.m. with rosary at 6:30, February 9th at Restland, Greenville location. A celebration of his life will be February 10th at 10:30 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church, Arapaho location.
